Is it possible to change care providers?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, we can do our best to find someone who better fits your care schedule.
Tell me more about your scheduling policy.
Any home care that is booked will be updated in our system and that will reflect that weeks coverage of care. Rescheduling can also be done and will not impact the care plan we have set for you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your personal support, we offer help in processing the paperwork and providing the caregiver needed to suit your needs.
What is the process for managing my home care needs?
Within our in-house guest management system, we will develop a care-friendly plan that improves your way of living. You can have that peace of mind without all the stress of managing your health needs.
